    • Role and Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting

    interviews, and making job offers.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure positions are filled in a

    timely manner.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts or disputes.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations, goal setting,

    and feedback.

    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs as

    necessary.

    Employee Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and

    competencies.

    • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and

    online training courses.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with

    organizational goals.

    • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR insights and

    recommendations.

    Employee Engagement and Retention :

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for

    improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 6 years of
