    Implementation/deployments of the Meter Data Management, Prepaid billing application, Analytics reports and SLA dashboard reporting and seamless integration with the Third-party systems for PVVNL.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of our Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM) initiative. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing the MDM project while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of MDM concepts, project management methodologies, and effective communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

    Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.

    Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and address any deviations from the plan.

    Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

    Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams and end-users.

    Provide regular project status updates, presenting information on project milestones, risks, and successes.

    Develop and manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

    Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the MDM solution.

    Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to verify project outcomes.

    Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and relevant documentation related to MDM implementation.

    Must have skills:

    Proven experience in successfully managing end-to-end MDM implementation projects in India or oversees.

    Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices. Solution Implementation experience in Utility Industry

    Proficiency in project management software tools. Excellent communication leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships effectively.

    Experience in change management and user adoption strategies. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Preferable: RAPDRP or AMISP implementation experience
