A cutting-edge construction project management platform, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads through online research and effective cold calling strategies.
What you'll do:
Create new business opportunities to fuel organization growth
Partner with new Accounts to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
Work with the team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
Conduct daily activities including
o Pre-call research and planning
o Make a high volume of calls per day
o Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
o Maintain CRM records
What we're looking for:
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or lead generation roles.
Strong proficiency in online research techniques and lead sourcing methods.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage prospects over the phone and articulate value propositions.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
Bonus Points For:
2+ years of experience in SaaS, especially software sales
Entrepreneurship
Construction industry experience is a must
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
