    Responsibilities:

    Responsible forgross and net sales volume and value for the Launch team atNobroker (Pan

    Indiaresponsibilities)

    Lead and driveoutputs from each city and its relevant city/cluster heads andsales managers

    Manage theadministration of manpower hiring deployment operationalperformance

    reporting.

    Will beresponsible for implementing Head Office rules and policies in auniform manner

    acrossthe country along with formulating and innovating on new policiesprocesses and

    systemsas required.

    Develop andmaintain a healthy relationship with Developer partners ensuringtimely

    updates on allmarket information.

    Own the entiresales funnel planning and providing visibility to management teammembers

    on the leadswalkins and closures on each operational site

    Create andpresent a monthly quarterly and annual sales plan for growth of thebusiness

    Lead projectselection for all geographies basis customer demand teamcapabilities and

    developer relationships

    Maximize revenueand profitability by ensuring highest brokerage slab in any project

    undertaken

    ExpectedQualifications:

    8 years ofResidential Real Estate sales experience either on the Developer orthe Channel

    Partnerside

    MBA or advancedqualification like CFA / CA / RICS

    2 years spenthandling a team size of 10

    Advanced skillsin MS Excel Powerpoint / Google Sheets Slides

    Experienced inrecruiting and training new team members
