Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs.
• Develop and optimize queries and stored procedures to retrieve data for reports from MS-SQL Server databases.
• Develop custom functionalities and enhancements using C# to integrate with reporting solutions.
• Serve as the go-to expert on SSRS tools and functionalities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience as a Senior Technical Developer or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on in developing SSRS and Crystal reports.
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with the .NET framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Skill for writing reusable C# libraries.
• Proficient with MS-SQL and other related DB operations.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., MCSD: App Builder) preferred.
