- Functional Expertise and hands on implementation experience and data migrations with following modules minimum of 8+ Years
- Act as a subject matter expert in their HCM process domain
- Responsible in ensuring processes are compliant with company policies, procedures and audit/legal requirements
- Support the line manager in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures
- Ensure service is delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with SLAs
- Measure performance metrics and report performance indicators to line manager
- Lead, motivate and develop team to ensure staff performance
- Achieve department/project targets
- Maintain process documentation, communicate updates and deliver training Job Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of HCM operational business practices
- Experience in implementing and supporting long term / complex project on Oracle Applications
- Knowledge in integrating EBS with other business applications

- 8+ Years of exp.
- EBS HRMS Techno Functional consultant with functional expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll modules
