- Persistency department has the responsibility of retaining business. The role of managing payment avenues is to achieve expected objectives in collection and customer satisfaction.
- To help customers enjoy their risk cover continuity and/or other benefits in the policy through timely premium payment thereby helping HDFC Life to maintain healthy profitability.
- To arrest loss of revenue by encouraging customer to stay invested for the full term of the policy.
- Monitor existing payment avenues and timely resolution of issues to ensure collection and customer satisfaction is up
- Identify opportunities in payment avenues & auto debit and quick execution of same in liaison with other departments
- Detailed analysis of transactions to track performance of each avenue along with objective of operating within budget
- Design strategies to drive collection through payment avenues
- Handling the Complaints, Service requests received from stakeholders.
- End to end management of process and performance in all audit parameters
