Business Analyst Lead

Roles & ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders across business units (CRM, business, ERC) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with respective teams.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports.

Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Prepare BRDs, Solution documents and engage with the technical teams.
Report to Project Manager and on tasks as assigned.

Required skills and qualifications.
Five or more years of experience in CRMExperience in generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent)
