- Customer Activation and Engagement:
- Initiate welcome calls to new customers and facilitate their activation through their first trade order.
- Deliver thorough product information regarding Equity and Derivatives over calls to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Trade Execution and Client Education:
- Execute trades on behalf of clients initially, gradually transitioning them towards self-directed trading through mobile/web applications.
- Educate clients on the usage of trading platforms and processes, empowering them to execute trades independently.
- Revenue Generation and Relationship Management:
- Identify new revenue streams within the existing customer base and actively pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving predefined targets related to revenue generation and client activation, ensuring consistent performance and contribution to organizational goals.
- Minimum Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Proficient understanding and knowledge of capital markets, including Equity and Derivatives.
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients effectively.
- Certification in Equity Derivative (NISM8) - NISM Certificate 8 Series is mandatory.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the capital markets domain, preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of executing trades and achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and mobile/web applications used for trading purposes.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or extended hours during market fluctuations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client requirements effectively.
