    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

    • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Update calendars and schedule meetings
    • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Receptionist role, ideally within the Consumer industry.
    • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
    • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
    • You have working knowledge of communication skills, computer skills, customer handling and client coordination
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
