- Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in BusinessAdministration/Business Management.
- Minimum of8 years of experience in customer success roles within theSoftware/IT product developmentindustry.
- Proven track record of successfullymanaging client relationships and driving customersuccess.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross internal and external teams.
- Strongproblemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing clientneeds.
- Familiarity with project managementmethodologies andtools.
