    DDiSmart Technology is seeking an experienced and resultsdrivenCustomer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Software/IT productdevelopment industry with a strong background in customer success.As a Customer Success Manager at DDi you will be responsible forensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients throughouttheir journey with ourproducts.


    Responsibilities:


    ClientRelationshipManagement:
    • Build andmaintain strong relationships with key clients to understand theirbusiness goals and challenges.
    • Serve as themain point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolvingissues and ensuring overallsatisfaction.
    CustomerOnboarding:
    • Oversee theonboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition anda clear understanding of our products andservices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams tofacilitate a seamless implementationprocess.
    ProductKnowledge andTraining:
    • Develop adeep understanding of DDis products and services to effectivelycommunicate their value to clients.
    • Providetraining sessions to clients on product features and bestpractices.
    CustomerSuccessPlanning:
    • Collaboratewith clients to create and execute customer success plans alignedwith their business objectives.
    • Proactivelyidentify opportunities for upselling and crossselling based onclient needs.
    FeedbackCollection:
    • Gatherfeedback from clients and work closely with product developmentteams to advocate for enhancements andimprovements.
    • Utilize client feedback to drivecontinuous improvement in our products andservices.
    Renewals andExpansion:
    • Managecontract renewals and identify opportunities for accountexpansion.
    • Collaborate with the sales team toexplore new business opportunities within existing clientaccounts.


    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in BusinessAdministration/Business Management.
    2. Minimum of8 years of experience in customer success roles within theSoftware/IT product developmentindustry.
    3. Proven track record of successfullymanaging client relationships and driving customersuccess.
    4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross internal and external teams.
    5. Strongproblemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing clientneeds.
    6. Familiarity with project managementmethodologies andtools.
