    Responsibilities: We're looking for someone to execute

    • Sales Growth: Drive revenue by setting ambitious targets and ensuring consistent performance.
    • Strategy Execution: Execute the plan as per the management directives which includes and not limited to expanding our customer base, enhance our market presence, and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Client Relationships: Cultivate & nurture enduring relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Market Awareness: Stay informed about emerging markets, product developments, and competitor activities.
    • Reporting: Will be reporting to Director – Sales & Marketing, present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management from your territory.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Proven track record as a successful sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
    • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
    • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

    Sales Managerin the workplace design and build services industry, the following key skills are essential:

    Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing deals. You should be able to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.

    Networking Skills: Must be of an affable disposition & able to mingle efficiently.

    Passionate: Passion for exceeding targets and a customer-centric mindset.

    Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace design and build services, including trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape. Stay updated on industry developments.

    Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms is crucial. Adaptability to new tools and software is a plus.

    Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Listen actively, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll be interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management regularly.

    Analytical Skills: Interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines requires effective time management. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
