    Description
    Own PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces - Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.

    • Devise and implement Ecommerce strategy.
    • Lead team of 5+ Business managers/KAMs to build long term relationships with Ecommerce channels to drive Joint business plans.
    • Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading highperforming, crossfunctional teams.
    • Indepth knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and emerging trends.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement comprehensive Ecommerce strategies.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools, Ecommerce analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.


    Educational/ Experience requirements yr relevant work ex in Brands ( Ecommerce for CPG/FMCG industries ) and/or category management for online marketplaces.
