    Social Media Copy Writer

    Job Location: South Delhi, Near Saket

    Responsibilities

    1) Supervise/execute daily or regular scope of work for social media clients (planning, posting, monitoring, content creation etc.)

    2) English copy/content writing experience

    3) Develops/creates unique strategies to acquire new clients and also builds upon current client strategies

    4) Must have excellence presentation skills (both creating and presenting)

    5) Must have copy and visualization skills

    6) Provides support during ideation and brainstorming for social media campaigns / digital campaigns

    7) Ensures other team members are also aligned to client requirements

    8) Develops strong, trusting relationships with clients during and after pitches

    9) Ability to create/suggest creatives for social/digital pitches (like - sample posts, sample cover images etc.)

    10) Should be able to handle/supervise social media execution for client(s)

    11) Support/Write copies for social media platforms as per monthly calendars and social event coverage as well.

    12) Ideate creative ideas for social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

    13) Create campaigns, contest and promotional plans for various social media channels.

    14) Work according to brand guidelines and make strategies for online promotions of respective brands.

    15) Online Reputation Management

    16) Work closely with the design team to get graphics made and customized as per brand guidelines.

    17) Generate, edit and publish daily content on respective brand pages.

    18) Meeting clients and covering events for Social Media.

    Desired Skills:

    1. 1-3 years' experience
    2. Graduate or Post Graduate in English Literature/Mass communication/Journalism.
    3. Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
    4. Creative bent of mind.
    5. Capacity to conduct independent research from a variety of sources.
    6. Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
    7. Sound business acumen, strategic skills and negotiation skills.
    8. Excellent Communication skills in English
    9. Artful Supervision and a Team Player.
    10. Accountable for final quality, accuracy, schedule delivery & program goals.
    11. Subject matter expert in the field of a Digital Marketing Agency/ Hotel Industry.
    12. Effective people management to resolve conflicts between employees in a way that promotes collaboration and respect.
    13. Directing employees includes assigning tasks and establishing achievable goals. Set realistic deadlines that encourage progress.
    14. Knowing when to be flexible and when to act more firmly with direct team members.
    15. Effective Communication and people management skill that enables team members to work together in solving problems, brainstorming new ideas and adapting to new changes.
