- Manage and assess visa caseloads, prioritizing cases for interview and assessment.
- Conduct integrity interviews and undertake investigations for integrity checking.
- Prepare reports, case-notes, interview notes, correspondence, and other material related to visa matters.
- Deal with client queries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate files, electronic, and other records.
- Provide translation and interpretation of community languages as required.
- Represent the Immigration Section to clients, agents, and other stakeholders as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly regarded.
