    Job Overview

    We are seeking a VMC Operator to join our team at Racer Tooling Industries. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining vertical machining centers to produce precision molds and plastic components. This is a full-time position located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India with an employment type of Full-Time. We are open to considering candidates with less than 1 year of experience, including freshers.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Attention to detail and precision in executing machining operations.
    • Knowledge of VMC operation and programming.
    • Familiarity with cutting tools and their applications.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Previous experience with mould manufacturing (are preferred, but not required).
    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience is also welcome to apply.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain vertical machining centers (VMCs) to produce precision molds and plastic components.
    • Set up the machine tools, select the appropriate cutting tools, and load the material into the machine.
    • Verify the dimensions of the workpieces using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
    • Monitor the machining process, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure the quality of the finished products.
    • Perform routine maintenance on the VMCs to keep them in good working condition.
    • Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and technicians, to optimize the machining processes and resolve any issues.
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
