Job description
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions.
Configure and administer Salesforce applications, including Lightning components and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in:
Apex
Visualforce
Lightning Framework
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, fields, and relationships.
Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator).
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Exposure to Salesforce Community Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
