    Software Engineer - Full Stack

    We are building an altcoin-focused cryptocurrency derivatives exchange landscape.

    We're now on the hunt for a visionary Lead Brand Designer to champion our brand identity and user experience from end-to-end.

    Remote


    About the Role:
    This is for a full-stack developer role.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving and implementing the backend architecture, and/or frontend UI + UX of the exchange.

    They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

    A major part of this would be working with database and caching technologies such as redis, postgresql, Kafka, and other technologies such as NodeJs, Golang, and Next JS.

    The work will overlap with analytics about options trading and strategies thereof.
    You will have ownership over your work and contribute to our core services.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Create APIs and implementation of software architecture using NodeJS, Go Lang, and/or Rust.

    Work with the team to design and create architecture & implementations of features & enhancements in the exchangeImplement clean, performant, and dynamic frontend UI and UX in Next JSDiscover and fix programming bugsUnderstand performance and reliability issues and solve them with the teamDesign scalable, testable code.

    Collaborate with team members & other people in the organization to understand customer needs and help create the best possible experience for traders.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelors of Engineering or similar in computer science engineering degreeGreat understanding of data structures and algorithmic system design1.5+ years of development experience with programming languages - NodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS & Go Lang1.5+ years of experience in using databases such as MongoDB and SQL in programs, as well as nativelyUnderstanding of web architectures, HTTP requests, sockets & server architectureUnderstanding of the Options Markets.

    Knowledge & passion for trading & cryptocurrency markets.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    UI and UX skills and frontend developmentGood mathematical and statistical skillsREST APIs, Websockets, Socket.
    IODistributed frameworks such as Kafka, Flink, SparkComfortable working in flexible team sizes and taking work ownership
