RoleSummary:TheTalent Consultant will play a pivotal role in partnering with Klubsfounders to enhance our talent acquisition strategies developrobust talent maps and succession plans and ensure a continuouspipeline of highcalibre candidates for critical roles. Thisindividual will bring deep expertise in talent managementinnovative recruitment strategies and talent networks to supportKlubs ambitious growthplans.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Workdirectly with the founders to understand the strategic landscape ofthe company and identify talent needs aligned with our vision andgrowth objectives.
• Build and maintain a talentpipeline for essential roles leveraging industry networks socialmedia and other recruiting tools.
• Implement theorganisation s talent planning strategy ensuring Klub is preparedfor future leadership additions and current critical rolevacancies.
• Conduct market research for criticalroles to stay informed of industry trends compensation benchmarksand talent managementinnovations.

Qualifications:

• Minimumof 5 years of experience in talent management and recruitment(inhouse or consulting) with a proven track record in talentacquisition and succession planning for Bangalore and Ahmedabadmarkets.
• Understanding of recruitmentmethodologies talent market trends and succession planningpractices.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage and buildrelationships with senior hires
• Experienceworking directly with CEOs/Founders with the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organizationandefficiency.
