    We are seeking two Graphic Design & Video Editor Interns who are passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and digital design. You will collaborate closely with our Brand & Graphic Lead and marketing team to create compelling visuals and videos for platforms like LinkedIn, our website, email campaigns, and social media.

    Our Goal

    Our goal is to strengthen our brand identity while supporting marketing efforts with creative, high-impact designs. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to video editing projects, making it ideal for a versatile creative eager to grow in both graphic and multimedia design.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Creative Brainstorming:

    • Participate in team ideation sessions for visual content campaigns
    • Propose fresh concepts that align with Hive Pro's brand strategy and audience needs

    Graphic Design:

    • Design and refine graphics, illustrations, layouts, and marketing collateral (social media posts, infographics, presentations, email templates) using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while injecting creativity into all deliverables.

    Brand Adherence & Adaptability:

    • Maintain brand integrity across all platforms, adapting designs for diverse formats (web, print, social)
    • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

    Content Optimization:

    • Optimize graphics for platform-specific requirements (resolution, sizing, file formats)
    • Organize and manage design assets for easy retrieval and version control.

    Video Editing:

    • Assist in video editing tasks (e.g., motion graphics, text overlays) using Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects.
    • Collaborate with the video team to integrate graphic elements into video content.

    Exceptional Responsibilities:

    Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Document workflows and maintain organized design files.

    Analytics & Iteration:

    • A/B test design variations and propose data-driven improvements.

    Skills:

    • Familiarity with Design Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro/After Effects.
    • Design Fundamentals: Good grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
    • Brand-Centric Mindset: Ability to balance creativity with strict brand guidelines.
    • Organization: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative Attitude: Proactive learner with a team-oriented approach.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with Figma.
    • Basic motion graphics skills or interest in video storytelling.

    Portfolio Requirements:

    • Submit a portfolio demonstrating:
