    Bhumi is one of India s largestyouth volunteer organizations with a mission to promotevolunteering as a national habit. The successful candidate willjoin the National HR team and be responsible for all aspects ofVolunteer management.

    Primaryresponsibilities include but are not limitedto:

    • Planand strategize volunteer recruitment and management nationally.Monitor data related to volunteers analyze and provide timelysolutions.
    • Facilitatevolunteer engagement andfeedback.
    • ManageVolunteer Recognition including volunteerawards.
    • SupportLearning and Development(L&D) for volunteers by assistingL&Dteam.
    • Groomvolunteers as leaders to prepare the organization to scalesustainable.
    • Supportand Lead Volunteer HR teams in the active cities. Campus Campaignsand VolunteerRecruitment.

    PreferredEducation Qualification /Experience:

    • Volunteerexperience with Bhumi / similar organization essential preferablyin an HRrole
    • Workexperiencedesirable
    • Anygraduationessential

    Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact withlocal Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able todo house visits and good reachability in the community. Written andoral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an addedadvantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and collegedropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative andQuantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positivethoughts keen to learn new things.
