Key responsibilities:
Connecting IT andbusiness by using data analytics. This helps to understandprocesses figure out whats needed and provide databased suggestionsand reports to executives andstakeholders.
Being able to search extracttransform and load data from different databases. Then cleaning andrefining the data until its ready to beused.
Working within different time limits tomeet important business needs. Also keeping track of whats beingdone and making sure service requirements aremet.
Deciding which issues are most importantto work on to meet deadlines while still delivering highqualitywork.
Pulling data and doing special reportingand analysis when its needed.
Quickly gettingused to new technical environments and being good at solvingproblems.
Being good at talking to people andpresentinginformation.


RequiredQualification :
Exceptional skills in designing reporting interfaces andinteractive dashboards in Google Sheets andExcelExperience working with seniordecisionmakersAdvanced SQL/MySQL Python andDjango skills with the ability to fetch data from the DataWarehouse as per the stakeholders requirementGood Knowledge and experience in Excel VBA and advancedexcelGood Experience in building Tableauanalytical Dashboards as per the stake holders reportingrequirementsStrongcommunication/interpersonalskillsPersona:

Experience inworking for Fintech or Ecommerce industry ispreferable.
Engineering 2 years of experienceas a Business Analyst for the financeprocesses.
