    JOB SUMMARYThe primary responsibility of the SAP Production Operations Systems Analyst is to provide ERP systems support to SPX Flow business units using SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules to plan and control production components and finished goods.

    This position will contribute to systems development and provide helpdesk support to SPX Flow user base.
    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplementation of SAP PP and QM modules and supporting SAP functionalityAnalysis and documentation of current systems (processes, functions, methods and practices)Documentation of SAP ERP processes using prescribed systems analysis methodologiesConfiguration of one or more modules of SAP to meet documented user requirementsTesting of configured SAP SystemSpecification of reports, interfaces and special programsEducation of key/end users in system operationInstallation support after system go-liveResolve implementation issues to obtain system "sign off" from managementResolve business issues and user problemsProgress resolution of SAP PP, QM and other SAP issues as assignedLiaise with users to ensure full understanding of business requirements and communication of solutionsRecord progress within SPX help desk systemsPage

    3Provide business systems expertise to senior managementProvide support to Materials Supply Chain & Production ERP Manager to identify opportunities for business improvementDetermination of best practice processes for business units utilizing SAP PP and QM modulesOrganize, participate in and facilitate business process re-engineering workshopsImplementation of new processes and education of staffSupport executive decision making process by providing SAP PP and QM Systems expertise.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired Education / ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering or related field10+ years specifying, configuring, deploying and supporting SAP Production Planning and Quality Management with integrated functionality from other SAP modules, preferably with experience in a global environmentAt least two full cycle implementations of SAP primarily as either a Production Planning or Quality Management specialistProficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and MS SharePointPreferred Education / ExperienceSAP Certification in either PP or QM10+ years experience specifying, configuring, deploying and supporting a dedicated SOP software systemAny additional experience configuring for SAP MM, WM, SD, PS, FI or CO modulesManufacturing industry experience
