Your opportunity

The DT&T Datacenter Specialist provides technical support to internal customers as well as external partners, acting as a point of escalation for our End User Support team.

All escalated support issues are tracked properly through our ticketing system. He / She is responsible for problem analysis, documentation, resolution, as well as any project work as required. The position will report to the TECHNOLOGY OPERATION LEAD.

Your Profile

Bachelor Degree or equivalent + 5 years of relevant experienceFluent English CommunicationMicrosoft and Linux Operating systems management & troubleshootingCISCO Networking management & TroubleshootingAzure cloud management mandatory, AWS and GCP are a plusITIL and ISO27001 framework knowledge is highly appreciateIT tool (Ivanti EndPoint management, Intune, ServiceNow, etc ...)AD/ADFs knowledge and maintenanceEnd user computer technical managementExperience in vendor service level managementFinancial planning and budgeting experience
