    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and propose strategies to gain a competitive edge in the beverage industry.

    • Work closely with the Operations head to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational beverage team.
    • Ensure that the industry standard with regard to safety and hygiene.
    • Ensure all the regulatory compliance are followed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors and wholesalers. Collaborate with them to understand their needs, negotiate sales agreements, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to forecast sales volumes and adjust sales plans accordingly. Develop and monitor sales budgets, set pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to the management team to support product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, customer acquisition, and retention rates. Prepare regular sales reports, present findings to the management team, and make datadriven recommendations to improve sales performance.
