    We have been retained by a leading US-based Edtech organisation, they are the global leader in online Professional Education Services worldwide.

    For overseeing their marketing operations in India, they seek to recruit a Marketing Head with the following credentials.


    Education / Candidate profile:

    • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 12+ years' experience in a marketing management position with the last 5 years in the EdTech Industry handling a similar role.
    • Prior experience working with branding, Social media, and PR marketing agencies.
    • Deep understanding of the Indian market landscape, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive informed decisionmaking.
    • Experience working with an Edtech/Training company is mandatory for this role

    Role :

    The incumbent would be responsible for:

    • Create and implement branding strategies, drive social media initiatives, and lead all Public Relations (PR) activities.
    • The role requires establishing and maintaining the company's brand presence in the Indian market, ensuring consistent messaging and effective engagement with their target audiences across B2C and B2C growth channels.
    • The Marketing Manager will identify and hire marketing agencies to create PR, branding, and social media presence in India.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for strategic marketing interventions.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in PR, branding, and social media marketing to drive continuous improvement.
