    Roleand Responsibilities:We arecurrently seeking a highly qualified and experienced DGM/AGMFinance & Accounts to join our team. The successful candidatewill have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership rolewithin the accounting field. They will be responsible for handlingcomplete accounting functions independently overseeing the accountsdepartment and managing multicompany accounts and auditors. Keyresponsibilities include:
    • Planningand executing monthly/quarterly/annual closureschedules
    • Providing monthly financialstatements
    • Administering the monthly closingprocess
    • Monitoring and ensuringreclassification and accounting of incorrect or unaccountedentries
    • Preparing and explaining weekly profit& loss projections
    • Establishing productline profit & loss statements to identify opportunities andrisks
    • Administering Legal Assignments ofcompany Banks Limits Guarantees Companies Tax and AccountsAssessment
    • Enforcing compliance for GST TDSService Tax VAT and others
    • Creating monthendprovisions for expenses
    • Drafting and presentingweekly and monthly management reports on cost & benefitanalysis productivity analysis inventory turnover analysis and costvariance analysis
    • Reviewing financial resultsand undertaking yearonyear and quarterly comparisons of companyperformance
    • Ensuring compliance with applicablepolicies contracts andregulations
    CandidateQualifications:The idealcandidate should possess the followingqualifications:
    • A qualifiedCA
    • A minimum of 15 years of experience inaccounting leadership roles
    • Experience inhandling complete accounting functionsindependently
    • Ability to manage the accountsdepartment and multicompany accounts
    • Strongknowledge of auditingprocesses
