    AU Small Finance Bank - AVP & Sr. Manager - Insurance Persistency for Assets Channel

    Job Summary :


    • The purpose of this role is to Manage the Assets Retails
    • Life & Health Insurance Renewals and generate revenue through customer retention.
    • This job requires a selfmotivated individual with strong analytical and collection strategy.
    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Define and Design Policies and Processes for Renewals collections.
    • Rigorous followup and strong monitoring of renewals on all stages e.g. Premium Paying (Due)/ Overdue/ Lapse/ Revival etc.
    • Analyze and implement Renewals collection strategies and Implement improvements in processes
    • Plan to automate collection MIS & strategy for digitizing daily tracking of collections
    • Workflow management of collection processes
    • Preparing MIS and PPT for reviews
    • Designing and roll out of contests and incentive schemes along with partners Run various renewal campaigns and R&R programs at local and PAN India level to drive collections on regular intervals with partners and all verticals
    • Coordinating with Analytics to identify high risk customers/segment and proposing strategy to mitigate the risks.
    • Establish collaborative relationship with crossfunctional team to move Renewals collections strategies forward.
    Qualifications : 10 Year of Experience in relative field with MBA from premier institute , B Teach

    Specific Experience :


    • Overall 5 + years of experience in Health Insurance Renewal Management
    • Must have business analytical skill and Analytical models
    • Have Black Belt Six Sigma Experience
    • Strong customer service background Essential Sound knowledge of the practical application of a sales department
    • Experience of building relationships with customers Essential Crossdiscipline team working
    • Able to provide evidence of working in a target related environment
    • Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
    • Track record of understands how to reach and identify prospective customers
    Functional Competencies:


    • Advance Excel with VB and Macros , SQL database SAS
    • Must have experience in Collection management
    • Expertise in Dialer Management,
    • Must have worked on digitalisation of Process
