    Job description:

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager in a consultancy firm, your primary responsibility will be to attract, recruit, and retain the best talents in the industry. Your role will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing candidates' suitability, conducting interviews, and ensuring the on boarding process is seamless.

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the company's recruitment needs and requirements.
    3. Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, job fair and campus drive.
    4. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
    5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
    6. Ensure the onboarding process is seamless for new hires.
    7. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to source top talents.
    8. Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
    9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    10. Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth
    11. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients and markets
    12. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction
    13. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the consultancy firm's client base and increase revenue
    14. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
    15. Maintain a strong understanding of the consultancy firm's services and capabilities to effectively communicate with clients and prospects
    16. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development
    17. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects to showcase the consultancy firm's capabilities and value proposition

    Requirements/ Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the consultancy firm.
    3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    4. Excellent communication in English and Kannada.
    5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    6. Knowledge of recruitment technologies and social media platforms.
    7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    9. Experience working in a consultancy firm is a plus.
    10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
