- Filing all documents, agreements, and legal cases, and maintaining records of such documents as instructed.
- Digital filing: Uploading on Lex-care and retrieval of such documents. Scanning of documents, agreements, and case files.
- Keeping records of invoices and coordinating with the accounts department, generating vendor codes for timely payment.
- Making documents available as and when needed.
- Maintaining records of inward and outward correspondence. Ensuring that letters and other outward correspondence are dispatched and filed properly.
- Indexing and pagination.
- Available for extra work hours.
- Assisting in matters related to obtaining advances from Accounts as instructed, coordinating with the office boy for procuring stamp papers, and maintaining records of advances taken and submitting vouchers in matters related to procuring stamp papers.
- Assisting the members of the legal team as required in accomplishing the aforementioned tasks and assisting on matters of a secretarial nature.
