- Receive Banquet bookings.
- Receive telephone enquiries for banquet bookings.
- Coordinate with department for the banquet arrangements.
- Coordinate with chefs for any changes in menu items or rate.
- Suggest venue and menu package to the guests for banquet function.
- Make sales call for banquet booking.
- Follow up with guests for bookings, change in menu or any other requirements.
- Assist the guest to look at the venue for function
- Ensure to display and place the correct board matter of the function
- Update daily bookings in the calendar and forward mail to HOD and the management
- Maintain guest database and registers
- Maintain reports of functions held, cancelled and other reports as per instructed
