- Must bring prior expertise on Full Time, W-2 contracts & contracts to hire placements.
- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents.
- Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through the Various job Boards(Dice), LinkedIn and references.
- Good understanding of Tax Terms W2/1099/C2C.
- Must have experience in creating Boolean search strings based on the job descriptions for resume searches on the job boards.
- Experience in recruiting UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, AI, Machine Learning, Backend, frontend, FullStack, Blockchain, DevOps is highly desired.
- Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.
- Should have good interpersonal skills, written and great communication skills.
