• Managing Leading the entire supplier quality development relatedactivities for supporting globalrequirements2. Responsible forqualification and continual supplier improvement of a supplier basewhich is optimal qualified in terms of production processes basedon Quality Cost and Delivery aspects in alignment with materialgroup.3. Qualify release anddevelop suppliers for optimal delivery performance; Ensurequalification of supplier as required by industry (e.g. AutomotiveVDA IRIS ISO/TS Ensure thatpreventive actions for quality and delivery are inplace5. Ensure supplier qualification interms of product amount of parts necessary processes technologiesand application of Qmethods (APQP e.g. including quality planningcontent of quality testing part inspection First Article Inspectionetc.) by performing of assessments and processaudits.6. Release or block supplieraccording defined criteria (e.g. safety welding) and initiateblocked supplier process7. Follow up definedmeasures and pursue continual supplierimprovement8. Provide expertise and consultin sourcing related issues (e.g. supplierselection)9. Manage and monitor supplierperformance by supplier evaluation based on quality and deliveryKPIs (OTIF QRate) and implementation of suitablemeasures10. Monitoring of required suppliercertifications11. Support/drive costoptimization projects12. Escalation levelfor operative supplier quality issues and tracking of qualityimprovement plans13. Support negotiations ofquality agreements (QSV QRL)14. Support MGMin regular risk evaluation and specialoccasion.

JobSpecification: Candidate shouldbe an experienced ambitious preferably with engineering industryideally an experience with larger companies ofMNC. He should have thorough knowledge onmaterial group management particularly on supplier portfolio andperformance. Candidate should be qualifiedwith graduate in engineering preferablymechanical Candidate should have 68 years ofexperience in the supplier quality development performance& Engineering preferably the manufacturing of engineeringproducts. Strong ability in handling vendors with adequatenegotiation skills and engineering acquaintance on technicalspecifications
