    Job Description

    Purpose : Overall, a successful Client Relationship Executive / Manager should be a proactive and tactical problem solver who is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to clients. They should be able to work collaboratively with internal teams and Clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery services, while also serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients.


    Roles and Responsibilities :


    Client Acquisition :
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the domestic staffing sector.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
    Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Mintskill HR services.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
    • Answer inquiries and follow up quickly to resolve issues on time.
    • Communicate clearly with internal and external clients and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
    • Prepare, work and maintain the service delivery dashboards in spreadsheets.
    • Maintain MIS, submit the reports, list to clients. Gather feedback from Client and update the dashboards and system.
    • Monitor and analyse client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and deliver reports to clients on a regular basis, outlining progress and achievements.
    • Check emails, reply, delegate, collaborate and monitor the progress of the projects.
    • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
    • Proactively identify potential issues or service misses. Work to resolve (or escalate) disputes in a timely fashion.
    • Work with billing to ensure that services are billed on time.


    Requirements

    Qualification:

    Graduate preferably in Management

    Experience: 1-3 years

    Desired Candidate Profile-
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications is good to have.
    • Ability to coordinate and communicate with other departments / Team members on client-related matters.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Critical thinking, Problem solving, decision-making.
    • Ability to prioritise workload and identify and focus on areas of significant impact.
    • Basic computational skills, including the ability to calculate proportions / percentages etc.
    • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of building successful relationships with clients.
    • Familiarity with Google sheet or Excel, Calendar, online meeting tools and software
    • Friendly, professional, helpful, and customer-service oriented
    • Comfortable with making and taking phone calls.
    • Exhibits an eagerness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.
    • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment with limited margin for error.

    Shift Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM
