Salary: $300 USD (Base) + Probation Period 3 Months the the salary to be revised to USD 400.

Job Description:

WBM is now expanding its Architect talent base. We are seeking Development Architects who are passionate about property development and architecture. This is a remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to join a dynamic team of 25 architects working across India and the UK. As a Development Architect with WBM, you will benefit from global diversity and have access to extensive training in property and real estate development.

The role is ideal for achievers who aspire to work in an innovative, flexible environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality architecture packages and contributing to the success of property development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical and Commercial Feasibility: Evaluate the feasibility of potential developments, both technical

and commercial, to ensure profitable outcomes.

• Architecture Package Preparation: Prepare complete architecture packages for secured developments,

including full planning, design, and access statements.

• Project Evaluation: Lead the design and delivery of projects, with experience in both new builds and

renovations, in residential or commercial sectors.

• Client Communication & Engagement: Actively engage with clients, listen to their needs, and present

design solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Simplify complex technical concepts for non-experts.

• Social Media Handling & Engagement: Manage social media platforms for WBM, creating content and

engaging with followers to build brand presence. Prenare and share project updates, architectural insights,

and engaging posts that highlight the company's expertise.

• Video Creation & Marketing: Develop videos that showcase project progress, architectural designs, and

client success stories. Use videos for social media and client presentations.

• Project Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery by collaborating with clients, team

members, and contractors.

• Development Appraisals: Make detailed development appraisals and automation-driven Excel-based

calculations to assess the financial feasibility of projects.

• Urban Planning Regulations: Automate and identify applicable urban planning regulations for residential

developments and implement them in the design process.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with

clients, team members, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and deliver work within

established timelines.

• Collaboration with Contractors: Collaborate with trades and contractors to ensure that projects are

completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Tools and Software: Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, REVIT, CGI software, and MS Office

packages.

• Content Creation: Assist in developing investment information packages, using creative and compelling

content to present project details.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: B. Arch or Civil Eng, Designer equivalent qualification, with experience in architecture and property

development.

• Experience: At least one small-scale project in residential or commercial property development (new

builds or renovations).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, REVIT, CGI software. Proficiency in MS Office

is a must.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with

international clients and stakeholders.

• Experience with Social Media: Comfortable managing social media accounts and engaging with an

online community.

• Client Engagement: Experience in presenting and simplifying complex technical information for clients.

• Project Management: Proven ability to handle time-bound projects and work under pressure.

• Language Proficiency: IELTS proficiency (preferred) for smooth communication with international

clients.

• Tech-Savvy: Ability to work with modern technology and design tools. Experience with automation and

real estate appraisals is a plus.

• Remote Work Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Hiring Process:

The hiring process will consist of four stages:

1. Initial Telephonic Call: Assessment of job understanding, communication skills, and salary expectations.

2. Final Interview with Commercial Manager: Evaluation of language fluency, device compatibility, and general

interview questions.
