    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and oversee SAP FICO projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline constraints.
    2. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams, offering technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP FICO solutions that meet business needs.
    4. Configure, customize, and optimize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements and industry standards.
    5. Drive the implementation of the Document Split process within SAP FICO, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
    6. Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of SAP FICO solutions.
    7. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to end-users, enabling smooth transition and adoption of new SAP FICO functionalities.
    8. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO systems, resolving issues and addressing user queries in a timely manner.
    9. Stay abreast of SAP FICO trends, updates, and innovations, evaluating their potential impact on existing systems and processes.
    10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Business Operations, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall business performance.
    11. Lead SAP FICO Month End Activities.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
    2. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.
    3. Expertise in S4 Hana and its submodules, including AP, AR, and GL etc.
    4. Proven experience in implementing the Document Split process within SAP FICO.
    5. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and regulatory requirements.
    6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    7. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading SAP FICO projects and driving cross-functional teams.
    8. SAP FICO certification(s) preferred.
    9. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (formerly SAP Simple Finance) is a plus.
    10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
