    This role is for a substantial, fast-growing and well-respected UK Digital Marketing firm who has hired us to exclusively recruit for them.

    You will work directly as part of their UK team in a permanent Work from Home position.

    The business we are representing is a digital marketing company specializing in Paid Search Advertising (PPC), Display Advertising, Paid Social Advertising and Web Analytics.

    They are well known for investing significantly into their staff - this will be a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

    About Our Client:

    • Advertising Partners: Google, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, and more.
    • Platform Agnosticism: We choose advertising platforms based on audience engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create high-performing CGI ads.
    • Edit short-form videos with a focus on high engagement, retention, and shareability.
    • Work with UGC content, turning raw footage into polished, high-performing videos.
    • Incorporate hooks, jump cuts, captions, motion graphics, and on-screen text to optimize content for social platforms.
    • Optimize videos for different social media platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, and formatting.
    • Implement viral trends, memes, and social media best practices into edits.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience creating CGI, 3D Motion graphics.
    • Proven experience editing UGC content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Strong understanding of video hooks, retention strategies, and storytelling techniques for social media.
    • Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits that maximize reach and interaction.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar editing software.
    • Experience working with UK or USA-based social media content is highly desirable.
