    Role :
    UI/UX Designer

    Responsibilities :


    • Lead the creation and execution of usercentered design processes, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a focus on user needs and satisfaction
    • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas. Create and refine user interface elements and user experience flows
    • Craft visually stunning and consistent design solutions for our B2B SaaS products, ensuring they reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience
    • Collaborate closely with Business and Platform Engineering Teams to implement and iterate on design concepts, providing guidance on design principles and best practices
    • Plan and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make datadriven design decisions
    • Ensure that the product's UI/UX is responsive and works seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
    • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design patterns
    • Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Translate research findings into design improvements
    • Keep up to date with modern web technologies, frameworks, and design trends to remain competitive and offer the latest features and capabilities
    • Implement analytics tools to track user behavior and gather insights for continuous improvement
    • Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
    Qualifications :

    - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

    - 7+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS product development

    • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
    • Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface design
    • Experience with conducting user interviews and usability testing
    • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
    • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
    • Familiarity with frontend development technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Product & customer centric thinking
    • Ability to think creatively and critically to solve design challenges
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment
