    RoleOverview: Positionresponsible for all the food and beverage operations which includesall culinary restaurant beverage and room service operations.

    Oversees guest and employee satisfaction maintaining standards andmeeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge andproficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws andregulations. Develops and implements business plan for food andbeverage.

    Developing and Maintaining Budgets:
    oDevelops and manages all financial employee engagement and guestsatisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beveragedepartmentso Maintains a positive costmanagement index for kitchen and restaurantoperationso Utilizes budgets to understandfinancial objectives Leading Food and

    Beverage Team:
    o Manages the Food andBeverage departmentso Supervises and managesemployees. Manages all daytoday operations.

    Requirements:
