We arelooking for an experienced and resultsdriven professional to joinour team as aSenior Manager in the ITApplications domain specifically focusing onIT4ITapplications.

The ideal candidate willhave a wealth of experience spanning1015years in managing a diverse set of ITapplications including EDR SIEM ITSMtoolsMDM DLP Monitoring and infosec tools.

This role requires proven expertise inleadingdigital transformation projectsautomation initiatives stakeholder managementandconducting fitgap assessments within theIT domain.


KeyResponsibilities:

Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership in the planning implementationandoptimization of IT applications withinthe IT4IT framework. Lead and inspire a teamof professionals to achievehighperformanceresults.


ITApplications Management:
Oversee the entirelifecycle of IT applications including EDR SIEMITSMtools MDM DLP and infosectools. Oversee the collaboration tools likeGoogle workspace zoom slackAtlassian Office365 Microsoft products etc.

In Depthknowledge of Integrations with ITApplications Handon experience with Endpointsecurity MFA Password ManagementPatchManagement IDAM & SSO SolutionsEnsure the effective implementation configuration and maintenanceofthese applications to meet organizationalgoals.

Digital Transformation andAutomation:
Drive digital transformationinitiatives to enhance the efficiencyandeffectiveness of ITprocesses.
Good experience in RPA technologies (UI Path Automation Anywhereetc.)to automate complete accessprovisioning Deprovisioning etc. Identifyopportunities for automation and implement solutions tooptimizeoperationalworkflows.


StakeholderManagement:
Collaborate closely with keystakeholders to understandbusinessrequirements and align ITapplications with organizational objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and externalpartners.


FitgapAssessment:
Conduct comprehensive fitgapassessments to identify areas forimprovementand implement solutions that align with IT4ITprinciples

IT Audits:
Lead and oversee IT audits to ensure compliance with industrystandardspolicies andregulations. Implement corrective actionsbased on audit findings andcontinuouslyimprove IT auditprocesses.

Qualificationsand Skills:
Bachelors degree in InformationTechnology Computer Science or arelatedfield; advanced degreepreferred. Extensive experience (1015 years)in managing a variety of ITapplicationsincluding EDR SIEM ITSM toolsMDM DLP Email Security and infosec tools.
Proven track record of success in leading digital transformationprojects withinthe ITdomain. Strong understanding of fitgapanalysis and ability to implement solutionstoaddress gaps in ITprocesses. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability toeffectivelycollaborate with crossfunctionalteams. Strategic thinker with the ability toalign IT initiatives with broader businessandIT4IT frameworkobjectives. Demonstrated leadershipexperience with a focus on driving results andfosteringa collaborative workenvironment. ITIL V4.0Certified
