    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Claat Corporate Advisors LLP. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing various financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Experience with GST filings
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Process invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions accurately
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers and bank reconciliations
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
    • Handle tax-related activities, including GST filings
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
    • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and regulations
