    About the role:
    This role is responsible for ensuring product teams communicate and share resources and data across departments. The role involves working with external stakeholders to assess problems and advise organizations on how to solve them. It is a crucial role to support cross-functional product teams to work efficiently. The candidate will join myBiz GTM and will lead the organization onboarding & activation process for clients.

    What you'll be doing:

    Work with key accounts team to understand organizations onboarding needsPropose solutions for organization's need for automating their travel flowsInvestigate & address issues related to organization workflows / automationPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes, ensuring their functionality and usability.

    Identify and report production issues to the technical team using Jira and collaborate with the tech or product manager to facilitate issue resolution.

    Maintain an organized system for tracking and documenting issues, utilizing a dashboard to identify recurring or ongoing problems for timely resolution.


    Qualification & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, or a related discipline is preferredProficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting is valuable.

    The ability to gather and analyze data related to product performanceA strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation, requirements gathering, development processes, release management, and end-of-life considerations is important.
