Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Naval Architect. The Senior Naval Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with calculations, naval architecture, structural analysis, navy, marine engineering and related fields.

Qualifications

• Strong background in naval architecture and marine engineering
• Proficiency in calculations and structural analysis
• Previous experience working with the FEA is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Experienced with naval engineering tools and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of CAD software, experience in project management, and familiarity with global industry standards.
