ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, design, and develop backend services and infrastructure.
Write clean, maintainable code and mentor other team members.
Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to architectural discussions.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities and challenges.

Our Tech StackOur frontend utilizes TypeScript, , React, Relay, GraphQL, and Postgres, with a focus on user-friendly design and seamless integration.

On the backend, we rely on Java, gRPC+protobuf, and Armeria-based microservices. Infrastructure management is done using Terraform, with deployment on AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker. We prioritize observability and alerting with tools like New Relic and Sentry.

What You Bring2+ years of experience building backend systems for web applications.
Proficiency in languages like Java, Go, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with monitoring systems, release engineering, and deployment processes.
Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Bonus PointsExperience integrating with third-party products like Google, Zoom, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Proficiency in AWS and DevOps tools such as Docker/Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD systems.
