Title - VP HRO Solutioning and Transformation

Candidate expectation and Roles & Responsibilities

Advise & consult clients on future state organization design and target operating model

Lead key strategic initiatives, driving Transformation, process reengineering to increase process effectiveness and efficiency and reducing cost of HR operations

Provide end to end process expertise input to the process team's (BI) during global design preparation & localization workshops

Participate in the global & localization sessions and provide leading practice input in administering local processes

Drive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles.

Skill set

Looking for HR Practitioner (Payroll or Talent Acquisition), with experience in Pre-sales, Solutioning, Due Diligence, Transformation in across one of these domains.

Should be open for travel

Will be working on Hybrid model (weekly twice to office)
