Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, field service tasks, providing technical support, and performing maintenance and repair activities on rotary and static equipment. They will coordinate with teams to ensure efficient and safe operations while adhering to company standards and providing excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving within engineering systems
- Field Service experience and the ability to handle on-site tasks effectively
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and offering solutions for client concerns
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment, ensuring operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic on-site environment
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field is preferred
- Experience in the industrial or engineering services sector is advantageous
