    Role Overview:

    Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts, crafting effective strategies, and ensuring seamless onboarding of top-tier talent. This key role shapes our workforce and drives growth by creating and optimizing recruitment processes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Drive full spectrum recruiting and selection activities.
    • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring.
    • Design and drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices supporting strong candidate experience.
    • Partner with leaders to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment from junior to senior roles.
    • Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
    • Define and drive team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
    • Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into talent acquisition efforts.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
