Provide courteous and professional reception to customers.
Understand and document customer complaints after conducting a preliminary road test where required.
Diagnosis & Estimation
Assess vehicle concerns and coordinate with technical teams for evaluation.
Provide accurate time and cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Job Allocation & Workflow Monitoring
Allocate repair jobs to supervisors and technicians based on workload and expertise.
Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
Customer Communication
Provide regular updates on job status and expected delivery timelines.
Clearly explain repairs carried out, parts replaced, and services performed.
Clarify cost breakdown, including chargeable and free-of-cost services.
Service Delivery & Satisfaction
Ensure vehicle delivery meets customer expectations and quality standards.
Collect post-service feedback and implement corrective measures when required.
Service Planning & Upselling
Manage advance service bookings based on workshop capacity and resource availability.
Educate customers on maintenance schedules, best practices, and do's and don'ts.
Inform customers about value-added services and workshop offerings.
