    1.

    Partner app outlet operationHygiene:
    Underthis area of work the candidate is expected to visit a partner andhelp them download and set up the partner and owner app as well astrain them on the features of the app. Setting the partner upincludes timing updation contact details as well as enabling theright settings on the app. The candidate will also need to trainthe partner on basic growth levers such as ads and discounts aswell as the necessary steps required to be followed so that the appcan be used by the partner asselfserve.

    2.

    Menu image coverage and descriptioncoverage:
    Thecandidate will work with the partner and guide them towards addingimages to highimpact items that will yield better conversion bothfor the partner as well as for Swiggy. The candidate is alsoexpected to work with the partner to update descriptions for itemson display. This will require more than 1 meeting with the partneran the candidate is expected to help with closure of this task viafollowup with the partner.

    3.

    Sensitization forAvailability:
    Outletsthat have high vendor holiday slots as well as outlets that performpoorly in RDC will be highlighted to the partner for addressal. Thecandidate is expected to highlight the impact of poor metrics onthe outlets business performance and suggest methods to keep thesemetrics underControl.

    4.

    Menu updation training and other immediatesupport:
    Thecandidate is expected to reach out to partners and train them onhow Menu updation can be done via the Swiggy owner app and alsohelp them resolve any long pending issues by either using existingprocesses for issue redressal or by highlighting to the cityleadership so that the same can be resolved for the partner in asmoothmanner.

    5.

    Competitionbenchmarking:
    Thecandidate is also expected to track and record competitionactivities in a reportable format and share them with the cityhierarchy or with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Thiswill have to be supplemented by usage of the Daily reportingapplication(SalesMate)
    Ifthe selected candidate performs well inthe
    SalesTrainee role they will also be eligiblefor a fulltime role after the internship.

    The annual CTC for the
    Sales managerroles is in the range of
    67 LPA. Thisfigure will be subject to the performance of the candidate and willbe further disclosed by the Swiggy team postperformancereview.
