    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Desk Coordinator at Tevatel, located in Chennai. The Service Desk Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as service coordination, interpersonal communication, operations management, and providing excellent customer service.

    • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
    • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
